Privacy Policy
Effective Date: November 14, 2025
Tessera Labs ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website at www.tesseralabs.ai or interact with our services (collectively, the "Site").
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
A. Information You Provide to Us
Contact information such as name, email address, phone number, and company details when you submit a form, request a demo, or contact us.
Any other information you voluntarily provide through our Site or communications.
B. Information Automatically Collected
When you use our Site, we may automatically collect:
Log data (IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps)
Cookies and similar technologies to improve performance and analytics
Approximate location data derived from your IP address
C. Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from partners or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand website usage and engagement.
D. How We Categorise Your Data
To be transparent about how we handle your information, we distinguish between two categories of data:
Service Data: Information submitted by customers to be processed by the Tessera platform (e.g., enterprise data processed by AI agents). Tessera acts as a Data Processor for Service Data. Customer retains ownership of Service Data at all times.
Usage Data: Technical metrics and operational logs gathered to monitor system performance (e.g., feature usage, error traces, latency). Tessera acts as a Data Controller for Usage Data. Tessera retains ownership of Usage Data.
Note: Due to Tessera's Split-Plane architecture, Service Data processed by the Tessera Operator is executed entirely within the customer's own infrastructure. Tessera does not ingest or store customer Service Data on its own systems.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Provide, maintain, and improve our Site and services
Respond to inquiries or support requests
Send administrative or marketing communications (if you opt in)
Analyze usage and trends to enhance user experience
We may use Service Data and Usage Data in an anonymized and aggregated format for the development and improvement of our machine learning models and artificial intelligence engines. Before such use, any data is processed such that it no longer identifies any individual, customer, or organization. We do not use raw, identifiable Service Data to train AI models.
We will not use Service Data to train or fine-tune AI models for any third party.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
Remember preferences and improve functionality
Measure performance and traffic
Support marketing campaigns
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may limit some functionality.
A — Do Not Track (DNT) Disclosure
Tessera Labs honors Do Not Track (DNT) signals. When a DNT browser mechanism is in place, we do not deploy additional tracking cookies or behavioral advertising technologies on our Site.
Please note that some third-party tools integrated into our Site (such as Google Analytics) may have their own DNT handling practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those services directly.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Because we do not engage in such practices, no opt-out is required, but you may contact us at privacy@tesseralabs.ai to confirm this at any time.
We may share information only with:
Service providers who help us operate our Site (e.g., hosting, analytics)

All third-party providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
A — Sub-Processor Transparency
For customers governed by a Master Subscription Agreement (MSA), our sub-processors are bound by commercially reasonable confidentiality obligations consistent with MSA Section 6.3.5. A list of approved sub-processors is available upon request by contacting privacy@tesseralabs.ai.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above or as required by law.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
Access, correct, or delete your personal data
Object to or restrict processing
Withdraw consent (where applicable)

Our Site is operated from and data is processed within the United States. If you access our Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We do not operate a separate EU/EEA data processing program at this time. For international customers governed by a Master Subscription Agreement, data transfer arrangements are addressed within that agreement.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us for deletion.
