Built on deep expertise across SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and other systems of record, Tessera combines the reliability of an integrator with the speed of an AI innovator.
Our story
For decades, enterprises have struggled with fragmented business systems and the complexity of SAP landscapes. Migrations consumed hundreds of millions, data was messy and unreliable, and business processes slowed under IT bottlenecks. Tessera was founded to change that.
The name itself—a tessera, a single tile in a mosaic—reflects our mission: unifying the disparate pieces of the enterprise into a coherent whole. We are building a new category of enterprise software: an AI-powered, multi-agent platform that abstracts complexity, harmonizes systems, and enables teams to work in plain English.

Kabir Nagrecha, Ph.D.
Chief Executive Officer
Kabir earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from UC San Diego at age 20, becoming one of the university’s youngest doctoral graduates. A Meta PhD Research Fellow and AI systems researcher, he now leads Tessera’s mission to modernize enterprise operations with scalable, multi-agent intelligence.
Ming Chang
Chief Operating Officer
Ming has 10+ years supporting Fortune 500 SAP programs globally and led onsite escalations through Max Attention Consultants. A former one of SAP’s youngest Directors, he now leads work on how AI is applied across enterprise software (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle) to drive major time and cost savings.
Anirudh Sriram
Chief Technology Officer
Anirudh, an IIT Madras and Stanford alumnus, is an ex–YC founder with deep expertise in AI research and scalable intelligence systems. Having built production-grade AI at Microsoft AI and Google Research, he now leads Tessera’s technology vision—advancing multi-agent intelligence that powers the next generation of enterprise automation.
Prakash Gupta
Chief Revenue Officer
A seasoned enterprise GTM leader, Prakash helped build Turing’s commercial engine as founding Chief Revenue Officer and brings decades of experience scaling revenue and partnerships across global technology firms. He leads Tessera’s market strategy and field execution.
